Refund policy

We have a no returns policy as this fashion house is currently ran by a single artist, upon arrival please inspect your goods. If defects are present there is 30 day manufacturer replacement / refund policy to which you must contact me at realsaintssin@gmail.com to begin, I will help with this process.

Receipts / proof of purchase are absolutely required to be eligible for refunds or replacements, the product must also not be used in any way. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be given store credit or a refund within 10 business days.
